At Gateway Disc Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your flight; if your gear isn't performing as expected, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure all discs are unthrown and apparel is unworn with original tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
